Careful assessment and cleaning
Each set begins its journey with a careful once-over. We check for dust, marks, or signs of past adventures. While we aim to be kind to the planet by spot-cleaning where possible, most sets receive a proper wash to help them sparkle again. Our goal is to ensure every set looks and feels fresh, while remaining environmentally responsible.
Rebuilding and piece check
Most of our sets are rebuilt. This allows us to check that all parts are present and correctly placed. If anything’s gone walkabout, we do our best to replace it. Very occasionally, a few small pieces might still be missing, but if it’s anything more noticeable (like a minifigure who’s gone off on their own adventure), we’ll always let you know in the set description.

Once rebuilt and checked, each set is thoughtfully packaged, ready to begin its next magical adventure. Whether you’re a collector or a fan looking to relive the magic, you’ll receive a set that’s been handled with care and respect.
Our packaging likes a second chance at life too. That’s why your parcel might arrive in a box that once held biscuits, books, or someone’s old blender. Reusing boxes helps us cut down on waste and keeps perfectly good cardboard out of the bin. We keep plastic to a minimum, though sealed sets might get a touch of bubble wrap to help them arrive safe and sound.
